Whether you're a returning Scott and White Health Plan member, previously had coverage through FirstCare Health Plans, or you're new to us, we're glad you're here.

In 2019, FirstCare Health Plans was acquired by Scott and White Health Plan (SWHP). In Plan Year 2020-21, we are bringing members from both plans together into SWHP's newly expanded SWCP HMO network. Are you eligible for this plan?
You must work or reside within the Scott & White Care Plans TRS Central Texas region to be eligible for this plan. See the 2020-21 TRS Map for details.
SWCP TRS members can see providers anywhere in our service area, no matter where they live. Our open access HMO means members are free to see any network provider without a referral.
