Reminder About New Member ID Cards and Customer Service Number

Welcome, new and returning Scott and White Health Plan administrators—and our new friends who were previously with FirstCare Health Plans! 2020-21 benefits will be provided by Scott & White Care Plans (SWCP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Scott and White Health Plan, and part of the Baylor Scott & White family of companies.

2020-21 is a new plan year with new regions and new benefits, but the same commitment to providing excellent service to TRS-ActiveCare members. You'll find everything you need for a successful Annual Enrollment below. If you don't find what you need, please let us know. We're here for you.
